Returns & Refunds

At Akla, we are committed to your satisfaction and want you to be completely delighted with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unopened condition, with tags and packaging intact. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at shop@aklaofficial.com. Upon acceptance, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to proceed. Please note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
We inspect all orders before shipment. If your item is damaged, defective, or if you receive an incorrect product, please contact us immediately upon receipt so we can address the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on personal care products or opened beauty items. We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have concerns about a specific item, please contact us prior to purchase.

Exchanges
To ensure you receive the product you desire, we recommend returning the item and placing a new order separately.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at shop@aklaofficial.com.
